Expert Key Copying & Lock Solutions

"I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would've been. I thought it was because the key wouldn't go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren't cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I'll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I'll just go to Lowe's next time and save myself the aggravation."

"Called to ask about having a duplicate key made for my car. Phone operator was confusing, unhelpful, and hung up on me mid- sentence. She told me they only serve locally and wouldn’t have a technician in Hamburg, but while I was asking what towns do you serve/what is local for you (I would have been willing to meet somewhere other than my home), she cut me off to say call somewhere else and hung up on me mid-sentence."

"My first time using KeyMe. It was super easy and fast. The key looked great and it worked perfectly, unlike some other key making machines I've used in the past. My only criticism is that the key was EXTREMELY difficult to insert into the machine. It literally took me about 2 minutes to get it in the device. I actually thought it was broken and almost walked away. Finally I shoved it in with all my might and it went in. I don't know if every machine is the same as it was my first time using them, but if they are all this hard to insert the key, it is possible other people will walk away. Especially if they aren't as strong as I am. Lol"
